"Therefore the (Gemini) people came to (Ophiuchus) Moses, and (red radius) said, We have sinned, for we have spoken against the (Shekinah) Lord, and against thee; pray unto the (Shekinah) Lord, that he take away the (Drago, Serpens) serpents from us. And (Ophiuchus) Moses prayed for the (Gemini) people" (21:7). "And the (Shekinah) Lord said unto (Ophiuchus) Moses, Make thee a (solar) fiery (Serpens) serpent, and set it upon a (red radius) pole: and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he (lunar eyeballs) looketh upon it, shall live" (21:8) is 150° more --perhaps 5 hours later.
Numbers chapters 22-24 Star Chart: Clockwise from when "(Hercules) Balaam rose up in the (sun on red radius horizon) morning, and (lunar) saddled his (Aries) ass (+150° minutes), and went with the (Gemini) princes of Moab (+60° seconds). And God's (solar) anger was kindled because he went (+150° seconds): and the (Perseus) angel of the Lord stood in the way for an adversary against him (+150° minutes). And the (Aries) ass (lunar eyeballs) saw the (Perseus) angel of the Lord standing in the way, and his sword drawn in his hand (+300° seconds): and the (Aries) ass turned aside out of the way, and went into the field (+60° seconds): and Balaam (Hercules) smote the (Aries) ass, to turn her into the way (+150° seconds). Look Toward A Fiery Serpent (Drago)
On A Pole For Healing
21:1 And when (Cepheus) king Arad the Canaanite, which dwelt in the south, (lunar ears) heard tell that Israel came by the way of the (Gemini) spies; then he (Perseus) fought against Israel, and took some of them (Gemini) prisoners.
2 And (Hercules, Ophiuchus) Israel vowed a vow unto the Lord, and said, If thou wilt indeed deliver this people into my hand, then I will utterly destroy their (lunar) cities.
3 And the (Shekinah) Lord (lunar ears) hearkened to the (red radius) voice of (Gemini) Israel, and delivered up the (Gemini) Canaanites; and they utterly destroyed them and their (lunar) cities: and he called the name of the place Hormah.
Hormah = Devoted to destruction (from Hebrew "Cherem" signifiying anathema or curse
or charm or harm)
4 And they journeyed from mount Hor by the way of the Red sea, to compass the land of Edom: and the (lunar) soul of the (Gemini) people was much (red radius) discouraged because of the way.
5 And the (Gemini) people spake against (Shekinah) God, and against (Ophiuchus) Moses, Wherefore have ye brought us up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? for there is no (solar) bread, neither is there any (lunar) water; and our soul loatheth this light (lunar) bread.
Encampments are called Taberah ("a burning") "because the fire of the Lord burned among them" (Num. 11:3) and Kibroth-Hattaavah
("graves of lust") "because there they buried the people that lusted" (Num. 11:34). Therefore Tophel ("insipid, tasteless or flat") (Deut. 1:1) is probably the encampment where the Israelites complained about their manna (Num. 21:5) which tasted like fresh oil (Num. 11:8). Job makes use of the word Tophel to denote bread that is insipid and cannot be eaten without salt and is compared to the taste of egg whites (Job 6:6). Laban (Deut. 1:1) is Libnah (Num. 33:20-21). As for the termination ah, it is of no consequence. For example that place in Joshua 15:3 and Numbers 34:4 called Azmonah, is in Numbers 34:5 called Azmon. That village which in Joshua 15:3 is called Chazar Adarah (the Village of Addarah) is in Numbers 34:4 called Addar. As for Dizahab (Deut. 1:1), it is Ezion-geber, which is to this day called by the Arabs Dsahab ("Gold")
6 And the (Shekinah) Lord sent fiery (Drago, Serpens) serpents among the people, and they bit the (Gemini) people; and much people of Israel (red radius) died.
7 Therefore the (Gemini) people came to (Ophiuchus) Moses, and (red radius) said, We have sinned, for we have spoken against the (Shekinah) Lord, and against thee; pray unto the (Shekinah) Lord, that he take away the (Drago, Serpens) serpents from us. And (Ophiuchus) Moses prayed for the (Gemini) people.
8 And the (Shekinah) Lord said unto (Ophiuchus) Moses, Make thee a (solar) fiery (Serpens) serpent, and set it upon a (red radius) pole: and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he (lunar eyeballs) looketh upon it, shall live.
As it says in Isaiah 45:22: Look to Me, and be saved, all you ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other.
When Israel was complaining against the LORD and against Moses, they were not looking to the LORD they way they should. They were looking at themselves, they were looking at the hard circumstances - but they were not looking to the LORD. What will it take to get you to look to the LORD?
The brazen serpent had the form of a real serpent, but was 1. "without poison, and altogether harmless." So God sent His Son in the form of sinful flesh, and yet without sin (Romans 8:3; 2 Corinthians 5:21; 1 Peter 2:22-24). - 2. In the lifting up of the serpent as a standard. This was a a "showing openly," or "triumphing", a triumphal exhibition of the poisonous serpents as put to death in the brazen image, just as the lifting up of Christ upon the cross was a public triumph over the evil principalities and powers below the sky (Colossians 2:14-15). - 3. In the cure effected through looking at the image of the serpent. Just as the Israelites had to turn their eyes to the brazen serpent in believing obedience to the word of the Lord, in order to be cured of the bite of the poisonous serpents, so much we look with faith at the Son of man lifted up upon the cross, if we would be delivered from the bite of the old serpent, from sin, death, the devil, and hell. "Christ is the antitype of the serpent, inasmuch as He took upon Himself the most pernicious of all pernicious potencies, viz., sin, and made a vicarious atonement for it" (Hengstenberg on John 3:14). The brazen image of the serpent was taken by the Israelites to Canaan, and preserved till the time of Hezekiah, who had it broken in pieces, because the idolatrous people had presented incense-offerings to this holy relic (2 Kings 18:4).
9 And (Ophiuchus) Moses made a (Serpens) serpent of (solar) brass, and put it upon a (red radius) pole, and it came to pass, that if a (Serpens or Drago) serpent had bitten any man, when he (Lunar eyeballs) beheld the (Serpens, Drago) serpent of (solar) brass, he lived.
10 And the (Gemini) children of Israel set forward, and pitched in Oboth.
11 And they journeyed from Oboth, and (red radius) pitched at Ijeabarim, in the wilderness which is before Moab, toward the (sun on red radius horizon) sunrising.
12 From thence they removed, and (red radius) pitched in the valley of Zared.
13 From thence they removed, and (red radius) pitched on the other side of Arnon, which is in the wilderness that cometh out of the coasts of the Amorites: for Arnon is the border of Moab, between Moab and the Amorites.
14 Wherefore it is said in the book of the wars of the Lord, What he did in the Red sea, and in the brooks of Arnon,
15 And at the (Eridanus) stream of the brooks that goeth down to the dwelling of Ar, and lieth upon the border of Moab.
16 And from thence they went to Beer: that is the (lunar) well whereof the (Shekinah) Lord spake unto (Ophiuchus) Moses, Gather the (Gemini) people together, and I will give them (lunar) water.
17 Then (Hercules, Ophiuchus) Israel (red radius) sang this song, Spring up, O (lunar) well; sing ye unto it:
18 The (Gemini) princes digged the (lunar) well, the (Gemini) nobles of the people digged it, by the direction of the lawgiver, with their (red radius) staves. And from the wilderness they went to Mattanah:
19 And from Mattanah to Nahaliel: and from Nahaliel to Bamoth:
20 And from Bamoth in the valley, that is in the country of Moab, to the top of Pisgah, which looketh toward Jeshimon.
21 And Israel sent (Gemini) messengers unto (Cepheus) Sihon king of the Amorites, saying,
22 Let me pass through thy land: we will not turn into the fields, or into the vineyards; we will not drink of the waters of the (lunar) well: but we will go along by the king's high way, until we be past thy (red radius) borders.
23 And (Cepheus) Sihon would not suffer Israel to pass through his border: but Sihon gathered all his (Gemini) people together, and went out against Israel into the wilderness: and he came to Jahaz, and (Perseus) fought against Israel.
24 And (Perseus) Israel (red radius) smote him with the edge of the sword, and possessed his land from Arnon unto Jabbok, even unto the (Gemini) children of Ammon: for the border of the (Gemini) children of Ammon was strong.
25 And Israel took all these (lunar and solar) cities: and Israel dwelt in all the cities of the (Gemini) Amorites, in Heshbon, and in all the villages thereof.
26 For Heshbon was the city of (Cepheus) Sihon the king of the (Gemini) Amorites, who had fought against the former (Cepheus) king of Moab, and taken all his land out of his hand, even unto Arnon.
27 Wherefore they that speak in proverbs say, Come into Heshbon, let the city of Sihon be built and prepared:
28 For there is a (solar) fire gone out of Heshbon, a (solar) flame from the city of Sihon: it hath consumed Ar of Moab, and the (Gemini) lords of the high places of Arnon.
29 Woe to thee, Moab! thou art undone, O (Gemini) people of Chemosh: he hath given his (Gemini) sons that escaped, and his (Gemini) daughters, into captivity unto Sihon king of the (Gemini) Amorites.
30 We (Gemini) have shot at them; Heshbon is perished even unto Dibon, and we have laid them waste even unto Nophah, which reacheth unto Medeba.
31 Thus Israel dwelt in the land of the (Gemini) Amorites.
32 And (Ophiuchus) Moses sent to spy out Jaazer, and they took the villages thereof, and drove out the (Gemini) Amorites that were there.
33 And they turned and went up by the way of Bashan: and Og the (Cepheus) king of Bashan went out against them, he, and all his (Gemini) people, to the battle at Edrei.
34 And the (Shekinah) Lord said unto (Ophiuchus) Moses, Fear him not: for I have delivered him into thy hand, and all his (Gemini) people, and his land; and thou shalt do to him as thou didst unto (Cepheus) Sihon king of the (Gemini) Amorites, which dwelt at Heshbon.
35 So they smote him (Cepheus), and his (Ophiuchus, Hercules) sons, and all his (Gemini) people, until there was none left him alive: and they possessed his land.
Just As Balaam Blamed His Donkey (Heb. "Asoan") Three Times
For Doing Her Duty, So Also Balak Blamed Greedy Balaam
(an "Asinine" Man) Three Times For Doing His Duty
22:1 And the (Gemini) children of Israel set forward, and (red radius) pitched in the plains of Moab on this side (Eridanus) Jordan by Jericho.
2 And (Cepheus) Balak the son of Zippor (lunar eyeballs) saw all that Israel had done to the Amorites.
3 And Moab was sore afraid of the (Gemini) people, because they were many: and Moab was distressed because of the (Gemini) children of Israel.
4 And Moab said unto the (Gemini) elders of Midian, Now shall this company lick up all that are round about us, as the (Taurus) ox licketh up the (green Milky Way) grass of the field. And Balak the son of Zippor was (Cepheus) king of the Moabites at that time.
5 He sent (Gemini) messengers therefore unto (Hercules) Balaam the son of Beor to Pethor, which is by the (Eridanus) river of the land of the (Gemini) children of his people, to call him, saying, (lunar eyeballs) Behold, there is a (Gemini) people come out from Egypt: behold, they cover the face of the earth, and they abide over against me:
6 Come now therefore, I pray thee, curse me this (Gemini) people; for they are too mighty for me: peradventure I shall prevail, that we may (Perseus) smite them, and that I may drive them out of the land: for I wot that he whom thou blessest is blessed, and he whom thou cursest is cursed.
7 And the (Gemini) elders of Moab and the (Gemini) elders of Midian departed with the (solar gold & lunar silver) rewards of divination in their (Castor & Cetus) hand; and they came unto (Hercules) Balaam, and spake unto him the words of Balak.
8 And he said unto them, Lodge here this night, and I will bring you word again, as the (Shekinah) Lord shall speak unto me: and the (Gemini) princes of Moab abode with (Hercules) Balaam.
9 And (Shekinah) God came unto (Hercules) Balaam, and said, What (Gemini) men are these with thee?
10 And (Hercules) Balaam said unto (Shekinah) God, (Cepheus) Balak the son of Zippor, king of Moab, hath sent unto me, saying,
11 Behold, there is a (Gemini) people come out of Egypt, which covereth the face of the earth: come now, curse me them; peradventure I shall be able to overcome them, and drive them out.
12 And (Shekinah) God said unto (Hercules) Balaam, Thou shalt not go with them; thou shalt not curse the (Gemini) people: for they are blessed.
13 And (Hercules) Balaam rose up in the (sun on red radius horizon) morning, and said unto the (Gemini) princes of Balak, Get you into your land: for the (Shekinah) Lord refuseth to give me leave to go with you.
14 And the (Gemini) princes of Moab rose up, and they went unto (Cepheus) Balak, and said, (Hercules) Balaam refuseth to come with us.
15 And (Cepheus) Balak sent yet again (Gemini) princes, more, and more honourable than they.
16 And they came to (Hercules) Balaam, and said to him, Thus saith (Cepheus) Balak the son of Zippor, Let nothing, I pray thee, hinder thee from coming unto me:
17 For I will promote thee unto very great honour, and I will do whatsoever thou sayest unto me: come therefore, I pray thee, curse me this (Gemini) people.
18 And (Hercules) Balaam answered and said unto the (Gemini) servants of (Cepheus) Balak, If Balak would give me his (red radius) house full of (lunar) silver and (solar) gold, I cannot go beyond the word of the (Shekinah) Lord my God, to do less or more.
19 Now therefore, I pray you, tarry ye also here this night, that I may know what the (Shekinah) Lord will say unto me more.
20 And (Shekinah) God came unto (Hercules) Balaam at night, and said unto him, If (not "Since" as in some translations) the (Gemini) men come to call thee, rise up, and go with them; but yet the word which I shall say unto thee, that shalt thou do.
The A.V. ‘if the men come to call thee’ has sometimes given rise to the idea that God gave Balaam permission to go only if the messengers came to him in the morning and again asked him to accompany them, and that Balaam, in his eager desire to go, did not wait for this. He went without being called. There is no real inconsistency with Numbers 22:12. The absolute and immutable prohibition had reference to the cursing. The going with the messengers, which was forbidden in mercy at first, was enjoined in judgment at last. God often punishes disobedience to His declared will by permitting the transgressors to “eat the fruit of their own way, and to be filled with their own devices” (Proverbs 1:31). “He gave them their request, but sent leanness into their soul” (Psalm 106:15). Comp. Psalm 81:12; Isaiah 66:4; Jeremiah 2:19. Because Balaam smote his ass three times for doing her duty, so also Balaam was "smitten three times" by Balak for doing his duty. He reaped what he sowed. He "loved the wages of unrighteousness" (2 Pet. 2:15) and "ran greedily after ... reward" (Jude 11)
Numbers 22:20-21. If the men come to call thee, rise up and go with them — He had no leave to go at all unless the messengers came again in the morning to him. And, perhaps, if he had not gone to them, after having promised them an answer, they might have thought their master’s great offers neglected, and have gone away without him. But his head and heart were too full of expectations from the journey, to run the hazard of not being further invited into it. And so he rose early in the morning, and saddled his ass — Or commanded it to be saddled, for he had servants to wait upon him; and went to them, directly contrary to God’s express order, and was opposed by the angel for the breach of his duty.
Balak laid a bait, not only for Balaam's covetousness, but for his pride and ambition. Balaam's convictions charged him to keep to the command of God; Balaam's corruptions at the same time inclined him to go contrary to the command. He seemed to refuse the temptation; but he expressed no abhorrence of it. He had a strong desire to accept the offer, and hoped that God might give him leave to go. He had already been told what the will of God was. It is a certain evidence of the ruling of corruption in the heart, to beg leave to sin. God gave Balaam up to his own heart's lusts. As God sometimes denies the prayers of his people in love, so sometimes he grants the desires of the wicked in wrath.
Tarry ye also here this night, that I may know what the Lord will say unto me more—The divine will, as formerly declared, not being according to his desires, he hoped by a second request to bend it, as he had already bent his own conscience, to his ruling passions of pride and covetousness. The permission granted to Balaam is in accordance with the ordinary procedure of Providence. God often gives up men to follow the impulse of their own lusts; but there is no approval in thus leaving them to act at the prompting of their own wicked hearts (Jos 13:27).
21 And (Hercules) Balaam rose up in the (sun on red radius horizon) morning, and (lunar) saddled his (Aries) ass, and went with the (Gemini) princes of Moab.
22 And God's (solar) anger was kindled because he went: and the (Perseus) angel of the Lord stood in the way for an adversary against him. Now he was riding upon his ass, and his two (Gemini) servants were with him.
23 And the (Aries) ass (lunar eyeballs) saw the (Perseus) angel of the Lord standing in the way, and his sword drawn in his hand: and the (Aries) ass turned aside out of the way, and went into the field: and Balaam (Hercules) smote the (Aries) ass, to turn her into the way.
24 But the (Perseus) angel of the (Shekinah) Lord stood in a (Milky Way) path of the (red radius) vineyards, a (lunar or red radius) wall being on this side, and a (lunar or red radius) wall on that side.
25 And when the (Aries) ass (lunar eyeballs) saw the (Perseus) angel of the Lord, she thrust herself unto the (lunar) wall, and crushed Balaam's (Ophiuchus') foot against the (red radius) wall: and he (red radius) smote her again.
26 And the (Perseus) angel of the Lord went further, and stood in a narrow place, where was no way to turn either to the right hand or to the left.
27 And when the (Aries) ass saw the (Perseus) angel of the Lord, she fell down under (Hercules) Balaam: and Balaam's (solar) anger was kindled, and he (Hercules) smote the (Aries) ass with a (red radius) staff.
28 And the (Shekinah) Lord opened the (lunar) mouth of the (Aries) ass, and she said unto (Hercules) Balaam, What have I done unto thee, that thou hast (Hercules) smitten me these three times?
29 And (Hercules) Balaam said unto the (Aries) ass, Because thou hast mocked me: I would there were a sword in mine hand, for now would I kill thee.
30 And the (Aries) ass said unto (Hercules) Balaam, Am not I thine (Aries) ass, upon which thou hast ridden ever since I was thine unto this day? was I ever wont to do so unto thee? and he said, Nay.
When Alexander invaded India, and Porus was about to engage with him in battle, the elephant on which Porus rode "Spoke with a human voice, and said, O king, attempt nothing against Alexander." (Plutarch de Fluv. 1) "In this year (459 BC), among other prodigies, it was believed that an ox spake, an incident to which in the last year credit had been refused." (Liv. 3:10) "It was not an uncommon prodigy among the ancients for an ox to speak." (Pliny Nat. Hist. 8:70) "It is mentioned, among other prodigies, that a dog once spoke." (Pliny Nat. Hist. 8:63)
31 Then the (Shekinah) Lord opened the (lunar) eyes of (Hercules) Balaam, and he saw the (Perseus) angel of the Lord standing in the (Milky) way, and his sword drawn in his hand: and he bowed down his head, and fell flat on his face.
32 And the (Perseus) angel of the Lord said unto him, Wherefore hast thou smitten thine (Aries) ass these three times? behold, I went out to withstand thee, because thy way is perverse before me:
33 And the (Aries) ass (lunar eyes) saw me, and turned from me these three times: unless she had turned from me, surely now also I had (Perseus) slain thee, and saved her alive.
"Now though, perhaps, I may not merit fame,
I stand secure from censure and from shame." -- Horace
34 And (Hercules) Balaam said unto the (Perseus) angel of the Lord, I have sinned; for I knew not that thou stoodest in the way against me: now therefore, if it displease thee, I will get me back again.
35 And the (Perseus) angel of the Lord said unto (Hercules) Balaam, Go with the (Gemini) men: but only the word that I shall speak unto thee, that thou shalt speak. So (Hercules) Balaam went with the (Gemini) princes of (Cepheus) Balak.
36 And when Balak heard that (Hercules) Balaam was come, he (Ophiuchus) went out to meet him unto a city of Moab, which is in the border of Arnon, which is in the utmost coast.
37 And (Ophiuchus) Balak said unto (Hercules) Balaam, Did I not earnestly send unto thee to call thee? wherefore camest thou not unto me? am I not able indeed to promote thee to honour?
38 And (Hercules) Balaam said unto (Ophiuchus) Balak, Lo, I am come unto thee: have I now any power at all to say any thing? the (solar red radius) word that God putteth in my mouth, that shall I speak.
39 And (Hercules) Balaam went with (Ophiuchus) Balak, and they came unto Kirjathhuzoth.
40 And Balak offered (Taurus) oxen and (Aries) sheep, and sent to (Hercules) Balaam, and to the (Gemini) princes that were with him.
41 And it came to pass on the morrow, that (Ophiuchus) Balak took (Hercules) Balaam, and brought him up into the high places of Baal, that thence he might see the utmost part of the (Gemini) people.
23:1 And (Hercules) Balaam said unto (Ophiuchus) Balak, Build me here seven (solar) altars, and prepare me here seven (Taurus) oxen and seven (Aries) rams.
2 And (Ophiuchus) Balak did as (Hercules) Balaam had (red radius) spoken; and (Ophiuchus) Balak and (Hercules) Balaam offered on every (solar) altar a (Taurus) bullock and a (Aries) ram.
3 And (Hercules) Balaam said unto (Ophiuchus) Balak, Stand by thy (solar) burnt offering, and I will go: peradventure the (Shekinah) Lord will come to meet me: and whatsoever he sheweth me I will tell thee. And he went to an high place.
4 And (Shekinah) God met (Hercules)Balaam: and he said unto him, I have prepared seven altars, and I have offered upon every altar a (Taurus) bullock and a (Aries) ram.
5 And the (Shekinah) Lord put a word in (Hercules) Balaam's mouth, and said, Return unto (Ophiuchus) Balak, and thus thou shalt speak.
6 And he returned unto him, and, lo, he stood by his (solar) burnt sacrifice, he, and all the (Gemini) princes of Moab.
7 And he took up his parable, and said, Balak the king of Moab hath brought me from Aram, out of the mountains of the east, saying, Come, curse me Jacob, and come, defy Israel.
8 How shall I curse, whom God hath not cursed? or how shall I defy, whom the Lord hath not defied?
9 For from the top of the rocks I (lunar eyeballs) see him, and from the hills I (lunar eyeballs) behold him: lo, the (Gemini) people shall dwell alone, and shall not be reckoned among the nations.
10 Who can count the dust of Jacob, and the number of the fourth part of Israel? Let me die the death of the righteous, and let my last end be like his!
11 And (Ophiuchus) Balak said unto (Hercules) Balaam, What hast thou done unto me? I took thee to curse mine enemies, and, behold, thou hast blessed them altogether.
12 And he answered and said, Must I not take heed to speak that which the (Shekinah) Lord hath put in my mouth?
13 And (Ophiuchus) Balak said unto him, Come, I pray thee, with me unto another place, from whence thou mayest (lunar eyes) see them: thou shalt see but the utmost part of them, and shalt not see them all: and curse me them from thence.
14 And he brought him into the field of Zophim, to the top of Pisgah, and built seven (solar) altars, and offered a (Taurus) bullock and a (Aries) ram on every altar.
This shows that the Israelites were not then in the valley of Moab near Jordan
, but in the Valley on the East of Mount Abarim or Nebo, because this being the place where Moses was brought to have a view of the land of Canaan (Deut. 34:1), it must have fully overlooked the Valley of Moab by Jordan near Jericho.
15 And he said unto (Ophiuchus) Balak, Stand here by thy (solar) burnt offering, while I meet the (Shekinah) Lord yonder.
16 And the (Shekinah) Lord met (Hercules) Balaam, and put a (red radius) word in his mouth, and said, Go again unto (Ophiuchus) Balak, and say thus.
17 And when he came to him, behold, he stood by his (solar) burnt offering, and the (Gemini) princes of Moab with him. And (Ophiuchus) Balak said unto him, What hath the (Shekinah) Lord spoken?
18 And he took up his parable, and said, Rise up, (Ophiuchus) Balak, and (lunar ears) hear; hearken unto me, thou son of Zippor:
19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
20 Behold, I have received commandment to bless: and he hath blessed; and I cannot reverse it.
21 He hath not (lunar eyes) beheld iniquity in Jacob, neither hath he (lunar eyes) seen perverseness in Israel: the (Shekinah) Lord his God is with him, and the shout of a king is among them.
Rather, "He will not behold trouble in Jacob, or affliction in Israel". Or "There shall not be trouble in Jacob, neither shall sorrow be seen in Israel". See Exodus 32:9 which says, "I have seen ... a stiff-necked people".
22 God brought them out of Egypt; he hath as it were the strength of an unicorn.
23 Surely there is no enchantment against Jacob, neither is there any divination against Israel: according to this time it shall be said of Jacob and of Israel, What hath God wrought!
24 Behold, the people shall rise up as a great lion, and lift up himself as a young lion: he shall not lie down until he eat of the prey, and drink the blood of the slain.
25 And (Ophiuchus) Balak said unto (Hercules) Balaam, Neither curse them at all, nor bless them at all.
26 But (Hercules) Balaam answered and said unto (Ophiuchus) Balak, Told not I thee, saying, All that the (Shekinah) Lord speaketh, that I must do?
27 And (Ophiuchus) Balak said unto (Hercules) Balaam, Come, I pray thee, I will bring thee unto another place; peradventure it will please (Shekinah) God that thou mayest curse me them from thence.
28 And (Ophiuchus) Balak brought (Hercules) Balaam unto the top of Peor, that looketh toward jeshimon (the wilderness).
This shows that the Israelites were encamped on the east of the mountains of Moab during this incident since the Wilderness of Kedemeth lies eastward (Num. 21:11; Deut. 2:26).
29 And (Hercules) Balaam said unto (Ophiuchus) Balak, Build me here seven (solar) altars, and prepare me here seven (Taurus) bullocks and seven (Aries) rams.
30 And (Ophiuchus) Balak did as (Hercules) Balaam had said, and offered a (Taurus) bullock and a (Aries) ram on every altar.
24:1 And when (Hercules) Balaam (lunar eyeballs) saw that it pleased the (Shekinah) Lord to bless Israel, he went not, as at other times, to seek for enchantments, but he set his face toward the wilderness.
2 And (Hercules) Balaam lifted up his (lunar) eyes, and he (lunar eyeballs) saw Israel abiding in his (red radius) tents according to their tribes; and the (Milky Way) spirit of God came upon him.
3 And he took up his parable, and said, (Hercules) Balaam the son of Beor hath said, and the man whose (lunar eyeballs) eyes are open hath said:
4 He hath said, which (lunar ears) heard the words of (Shekinah) God, which saw the vision of the Almighty, falling into a trance, but having his (lunar) eyes open:
5 How goodly are thy (red radius) tents, O Jacob, and thy (red radius) tabernacles, O Israel!
6 As the valleys are they spread forth, as (green Milky Way) gardens by the (Eridanus) river's side, as the (green Milky Way) trees of lign aloes which the (Shekinah) Lord hath planted, and as (green Milky Way) cedar trees beside the (Eridanus) waters.
7 He (Aquarius) shall pour the water out of his (lunar) buckets, and his (lunar) seed shall be in many waters, and his (Cepheus) king shall be higher than Agag, and his kingdom shall be exalted.
8 God brought him forth out of Egypt; he hath as it were the strength of an (Taurus) unicorn: he shall eat up the nations his enemies, and shall break their (lunar or Milky Way) bones, and pierce them through with his (Sagittarius or Gemini) arrows.
9 He couched, he lay down as a (Leo Minor) lion, and as a (Leo) great lion: who shall stir him up? Blessed is he that blesseth thee, and cursed is he that curseth thee.
10 And (Ophiuchus) Balak's anger was kindled against (Hercules) Balaam, and he smote his hands together: and (Ophiuchus) Balak said unto (Hercules) Balaam, I called thee to curse mine enemies, and, behold, thou hast altogether blessed them these three times.
11 Therefore now flee thou to thy place: I thought to promote thee unto great honour; but, lo, the (Shekinah) Lord hath kept thee back from honour.
12 And (Hercules) Balaam said unto (Ophiuchus) Balak, Spake I not also to thy (Gemini) messengers which thou sentest unto me, saying,
13 If (Ophiuchus) Balak would give me his (red radius) house full of (lunar) silver and (solar) gold, I cannot go beyond the (red radius) commandment of the (Shekinah) Lord, to do either good or bad of mine own mind; but what the (Shekinah) Lord saith, that will I speak?
14 And now, (lunar eyeballs) behold, I go unto my (Gemini) people: come therefore, and I will advertise thee what this people shall do to thy people in the latter days.
15 And he took up his parable, and said, (Hercules) Balaam the son of Beor hath said, and the man whose (lunar eyeballs) eyes are open (Heb. shut) hath said:
16 He hath said, which heard the words of (Shekinah) God, and knew the knowledge of the most High, which saw the vision of the (Shekinah) Almighty, falling into a trance, but having his (lunar eyeball) eyes open:
17 I shall (lunar eyeballs) see him, but not now: I shall (lunar eyeballs) behold him, but not nigh: there shall come a (solar) Star out of Jacob, and a (red radius) Sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the (Gemini) children of Sheth.
Since Edom and Moab and Seir all border Israel, who are the children of Sheth? Wouldn't they also be a specific nation bordering Israel? Egypt got its name from Pharaoh Egyptus who was also known as Rameses or Sethos. Before his time, Upper Egypt was known as Chamia (Ham) and Lower Egypt as Mestre (Mizraim).
Prophecies in the book of Isaiah relating to the days of Messiah confirm this opinion since 15:1 prophesies that "Moab is laid waste" and 19:1 that "the heart of Egypt shall melt" and "the idols of Egypt shall be moved" and 21:11 mentions "Seir" and "Dumah" (Idumea). So the children of Seth are probably the name for Egyptians in 1406 BC.
18 And Edom shall be a possession, Seir also shall be a possession for his (Gemini) enemies; and Israel shall do valiantly.
19 Out of Jacob shall come he that shall have dominion, and shall destroy him that remaineth of the city.
20 And when he (lunar eyeballs) looked on Amalek, he took up his parable, and said, Amalek was the first of the nations; but his latter end shall be that he perish for ever.
21 And he looked on the Kenites, and took up his parable, and said, Strong is thy dwellingplace, and thou puttest thy nest in a rock.
22 Nevertheless the Kenite shall be wasted, until Asshur shall carry thee away captive.
23 And he took up his parable, and said, Alas, who shall live when (Shekinah) God doeth this!
24 And ships shall come from the coast of Chittim, and shall afflict Asshur, and shall afflict Eber, and he also shall perish for ever.
25 And (Hercules) Balaam rose up, and went and returned to his place: and (Ophiuchus) Balak also went his way.
